So much more than talent attraction and acquisition, Internships and Residencies ensure ML project success by bringing together interdisciplinary teams to provide advice and guidance, take the managerial load off your current high-performing team members, and vital professional development to de-risk the integration of the Intern onto your team at the end of the project.
Internships & Residencies can help your company progress two milestones at the same time: advancing your AI adoption and building out your machine learning team.
Internships are 4 month - 11 month AI projects that include the recruitment, placement and supervision of a qualified ML Intern. At any time during the project, the client is encouraged to present the intern with a letter of offer for full-time employment at the end of the contract.
In addition to delivering on the expectations of the client, the Intern receives additional professional development to support their career prospects after the project on both technical and business topics.
Residencies are 12 - 18 month AI projects that include the recruitment, placement and supervision of a qualified ML Resident. At any time during the project, the client is encouraged to present the intern with a letter of offer for full-time employment at the end of the contract.
In addition to delivering on the expectations of the client, the Intern receives additional professional development to support their career prospects after the project on both technical and business topics.
ML Residents can also be found placed in Advanced Technology projects.
