Hey there,
We've seen a seismic shift in the AI landscape in the past year: new technologies, new experiences, and new approaches to how AI will transform our world. And Amii has been a global leader in the conversation on how AI will change our world and how AI advancement can be for good and for all.
We just released our annual Impact Report. It covers 12 exciting trends we've seen over the last year and Amii's influence in those areas. You can see the work we've done in pushing forward ethical AI, helping industries adopt machine learning, and expanding AI Literacy.
While we've seen enormous positive impacts from AI already, it is just the beginning. It's never been a better time to invest in AI. That's why I'm even more excited for what Amii has planned for the future.
We're recruiting the world's top AI researchers for 20 new faculty positions at the University of Alberta to advance interdisciplinary AI research. This includes using machine learning in quantum physics, Indigeneity, and biophysics.
I'm very proud of the work we've accomplished over the past year, and I look forward to everything the next year has to offer.
See you soon,
