Amii’s Chief Financial Officer, Rich Yee, draws on 25+ years of global experience from his time at top Fortune 100 corporations like Cisco Systems, Oracle Corporation, Goldman Sachs, and Scotiabank. Based in Tokyo for the majority of his career, Rich celebrates the diversity of cultural perspectives, strengthening his ability in executive roles to foster collaboration and team problem-solving.

Leading cross-functional teams in Japan and APAC (Australia, China, Korea, Singapore, and India), his appreciation and respect for different cultural norms blend seamlessly with his Canadian upbringing. Recently, Rich has been leveraging his expertise in Technology and Business Operations by applying his skills and experiences in AI/machine learning (ML), where he explored how to scale Canadian companies like AltaML and Trust Science.

During his personal time, Rich enjoys traveling, photographing, playing tennis with the family, and enjoying his wife’s French cooking and pastries.
