Amreen is a Machine Learning Educator with the Training Team at Amii, where she develops and delivers accessible AI curriculum and training resources. Her work supports initiatives that connect technical concepts with real-world applications in machine learning and workforce readiness.

Previously, she was an instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology’s School of Advanced Digital Technology, where she taught cybersecurity and information technology services. In this role, she crafted and taught industry-aligned curriculum using innovative teaching methods and hands-on learning approaches.

Amreen holds a BSc in Electrical, Electronic, and Communication Engineering from the Military Institute of Science and Technology and an MSc in Computer Science from Western University. During her graduate studies, she worked as a research assistant specializing in machine learning and cybersecurity, and as a teaching assistant, refining her skills in technical problem-solving and instructional techniques.

Outside of work, she enjoys photography and reading.
