"Amii is thrilled to add an Operations and Performance Analyst to our Product team. One of my favourite parts about working at Amii is having a front-row seat to see technology adoption in action. The Operations and Performance Analyst will be fully embedded across all parts of the business, taking a hands-on approach to improving our abilities to fulfill our mandate of AI for good and for all.
I'm looking for a driven, creative and curious candidate who isn't afraid to run an experiment to move us forward faster. You're likely my ideal candidate if you:
AI holds incredible potential to improve our lives. If you're interested in being part of the organization that unlocks this opportunity in Alberta, I would love to hear from you."
-- Stephanie Enders, VP Product

In this role, you'll work closely as a trusted advisor and collaborator to the VP Product to tackle big challenges and turn ideas into plans, processes and recommendations based on imperfect data from multiple sources.
You will be called upon to use your strong business intuition to guide your analysis; lead hands-on execution to set up and maintain systems for success.
In addition, you will drive operational rigour and excellence through proactive process planning and automation on regular cadence; and build the relationships required to have that cadence adopted by peers across the organization.
The role's key accountabilities include

Our cross-functional teams work collaboratively with Alberta-based businesses and organizations to build AI capacity and translate scientific advancement into industry adoption and economic impact.
If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, please apply by July 17, 2022!
