We are building out our business development team and are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team. This role is an exceptional opportunity to engage with clients from scale-ups to large enterprises to connect them to Amii’s world-class AI/ML researchers and scientists.

One of Canada’s three main institutes for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, our world-renowned researchers drive fundamental and applied research at the University of Alberta (and other academic institutions), training some of the world’s top scientific talent. Our cross-functional teams work collaboratively with Alberta-based businesses and organizations to build AI capacity and translate scientific advancement into industry adoption and economic impact.
Reporting to the VP of Investment & Partnerships, the Key Account Manager serves as a key member of the business development team and plays an active role in supporting interactions and building relationships with Amii’s clients and service delivery teams.
The Key Account Manager will connect with Amii’s targeted accounts as well as seek out new accounts, primarily in Western Canada, and close agreements to deliver Amii’s AI capacity building services to industrial and advanced technology clients.
