Vidya shree S is a Machine Learning Resident with the Advanced Tech team at Amii, where she currently focuses on ML and NLP methods for product development aimed at enabling data intelligence, and actionable insights. Her research interests include sequential learning methods and deep learning. She joins Amii from Schneider Electric's global data science team, a multinational company specializing in digital automation and energy management. Additionally, she held a Graduate Research Assistant position at the University of Waterloo.

Vidya earned her MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, pencil sketching and reading books.
