Aritro Roy Arko is a Machine Learning Resident on Amii’s Advanced Tech team, currently researching NLP methods for product development. Aritro has extensive experience in the ML world, with previous positions as a Machine Learning Developer at Correct AI and an Associate Machine Learning Developer at AltaML. He also held Graduate Research Assistant & Teaching Assistant positions at the University of British Columbia, and was a Lecturer at BRAC University.

Aritro earned his MSc in Computer Science at the University of British Columbia, as well as a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University. In his free time, he loves playing soccer, ping pong, pool, and cricket, as well as travelling and learning about different cultures.
