Alon Faitelis

Grants Officer

Alon Faitelis is a Grants Officer with Amii. He serves as a key member of Amii's Public Strategy and Grants team, supporting the organization's growth and impact by managing a broad range of public funding opportunities. Alon began his career in government relations and public affairs, advocating for companies and organizations across the tech, finance, and not-for-profit industries. He earned a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto's Munk School, during which time he also worked with the United Nations in Geneva. He holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University.

Raised in Montreal, Alon moved to Edmonton in September 2021. When he's not in the office, Alon can be found volunteering with the Oliver Community League, riding his bike around the city, and playing along to classic rock songs on his bass.
